Hello, I'm a licensed psychotherapist and coach at Wellspring Connection. I have my M.S.W. in Mental Health from the University of Michigan, am trained in EMDR for trauma healing, and have studied Vipassana Meditation at Wat Ram Poeng Temple in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I started Wellspring Connection because I wanted to increase access to holistic therapy and mental health resources.
I often work with individuals who are ambitious, but find themselves stuck and feeling they've reached the limits of their ability to fix things themselves. I work from a trauma informed perspective, and believe that symptoms are often not 'problems' so much as they are unhelpful learned responses to pain. I'm also passionate about working with young men who may be struggling from lack of motivation, stress, or social anxiety.

Hello, I’m a therapist at Wellspring Connection. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, and utilize a Strength Based Perspective. I have over 16 years of behavioral/mental health experience and also work as a Unit Director in community mental health.
My approach to therapy involves discovering your inherent strengths and then building on each of them to help you work through your challenges. I specialize in Anxiety and Depression and work with a variety of populations. Additionally I'm a strong supporter of managing the stressors of parenthood, and particularly passionate about helping parenting challenges brought on by COVID-19. I warmly embrace my role and responsibilities as a clinician, and am rewarded each time I have helped to change a life for the better.

Hello, I am a licensed psychotherapist and social worker at Wellspring Connection. I have my M.S.W in mental health and addiction from the University of Michigan. Everything I do in my work begins by creating a space for my clients to see their situations and selves clearly and then to make the changes they want to see in their lives. This space must be absent of expectation and judgment, and full of empathy and patient understanding.
Once that space is created and a sturdy relationship is formed between myself and my clients, it becomes natural to apply and weave together various therapeutic techniques to suit each clients’ unique inclination and needs. My practice takes a holistic approach, integrating principles of Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness/meditation.
