I approach therapy with the belief that people don’t need to be fixed—they need space to feel understood, supported, and respected. I support teens and young adults navigating a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, and identity exploration. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and safe enough to be honest with yourself.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in an addiction treatment center, domestic violence shelter, and restorative justice spaces—experiences that shaped how I understand the systems we live in and how they impact our lives. I see therapy as a way to make sense of those systems, reconnect with our strengths, and find more freedom and clarity within them.
As a Social Worker I bring a mix of clinical tools like CBT and mindfulness into a relationship-based, trauma-informed approach. I care deeply about justice, equity, and meeting people where they are, and I see therapy as part of a larger commitment to making space for every person’s full humanity.
