Are there parts of yourself that you do not like or understand? I support young adults and people of all ages in navigating a wide range of experiences, including overthinking, mood challenges, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, and identity exploration. I have an open approach to therapy, where together we can better understand your challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and safe enough to be honest with yourself.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in an addiction treatment center, domestic violence shelter, and restorative justice spaces—experiences that shaped how I understand the systems we live in and how they impact our lives. I use a relational approach in our therapy, meaning I prioritize building comfort and trust so that we can work collaboratively.
As a Social Worker I bring a mix of clinical tools like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness into a trauma-informed approach. I care deeply about justice, equity, and meeting people where they are, and I see therapy as part of a larger commitment to making space for every person’s full humanity.
