Wellspring Connection is looking to hire a full-time therapist!
Wellspring Connection is a small clinic that specializes primarily in trauma, as well as mood disorders. We are seeking a therapist looking to work at our Plymouth office, and wanting grow in their work using a trauma-informed approach. Our team also is supportive in helping you identify and serve the clinical needs that you are personally passionate about.
Our team works together to ensure that we each develop as clinicians in ways that are personally meaningful. You are a contractor, and thus have a lot of autonomy, but can also expect a forward-thinking, supportive, and warm experience with your co-workers.
Here are some other therapy approaches our team provides:
- Couples therapy and concerns with intimacy
- Postpartum and parenting challenges
- Helping artists with mental health challenges related to their creativity
- Mindfulness and somatic approaches to nervous system regulation

We also provide incentives so that you can get trained in trauma modalities. EMDR and IFS are preferred, but we may be open to alternatives. We meet as a group every two weeks, where we provide caring support and clinical consultation for one another.

Supervision is included, you will work our therapist Anne as your supervisor.

Position type: 1099 contractor position
Salary: Competitive fee split
Schedule: Contractor is free to set their own schedule
Location: Hybrid, with at least 2 days available to be on site at our Plymouth office
License and Experience: LLMSW
