Wellspring Connection is looking to hire part and full-time therapists!
Wellspring Connection is a small clinic that specializes primarily in trauma, as well as mood disorders. We are currently seeking a therapist to meet our growing demand for working with men's issues. Our team also is supportive in helping you identify and serve the clinical needs that you are personally passionate about.
Our team works together to ensure that we each develop as clinicians in ways that are meaningful to us. You are a contractor, and thus have a lot of autonomy, but can also expect a forward-thinking, supportive, and warm experience with your co-workers.
Here are some other therapy approaches we provide:
- Couples therapy
- Postpartum and parenting challenges
- Helping creatives/artists with mental health challenges related to their creativity
- Mindfulness and somatic approaches

We also provide incentives so that you can get trained in trauma modalities. EMDR and IFS are preferred, but we are open to alternatives. We meet as a group every three weeks, where we provide caring support and clinical consultation for one another.

Position type: 1099 contractor position
Salary: Competitive fee split
Schedule: Contractor is free to set their own schedule at part or full time
Location: Telehealth or in person (some Ann Arbor in-person sessions is preferred)
License and Experience: LLMSW or LMSW, opportunities for supervision with Aaron
