Asha Ravindran


I'm both a therapist and trained yoga teacher who takes an integrative approach to dealing with difficult times and emotions. I hold certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), EMDR, and certification in trauma-based care. I use a person-centered approach, which means creating an individualized and evidence -based treatment plan to meet your goals. 

I have worked in mental health for over 25 years. This includes, depression management, anxiety reduction, stress management, anxiety reduction, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal issues, martial issues and life transitions. I work with adults primarily 18 years and above, including couples and families. I will assist you with finding tools, wisdom, and building resilience for your positive well-being.
